2. User Accounts and Registration.

To use Raqmee, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized use.
  • Keeping contact information current and accurate.

3. Acceptable Use.

You agree to use Raqmee only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages through our platform.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.

4. Payment and Billing.

Raqmee offers various pricing plans. By subscribing to our service:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your chosen plan.
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
  • All sales are final, except where required by law.
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days.
  • No refunds for used services or custom integrations.

5. Data and Privacy.

  • Data retained per policy.
  • Outstanding fees due.
  • Terms survive where applicable.
  • Suspend service for violation of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms of Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Dispute Resolution.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located in the United States of America. No class actions. You waive any right to a jury trial where legally permissible.

12. Intellectual Property.

Raqmee owns all IP rights. You granted a worldwide license to use its content. No reverse engineering.
