How does my referral link work?

When someone clicks your link, we remember it for 60 days. If they create an account in that time and then subscribe, they count as your customer.

How much can I earn?

You get 10% of each customer's subscription for 6 months. After your first 5 paying customers, every new customer earns you 15%. Your first 5 stay at 10%.

What counts toward my commission?

Subscription plans and extra team seats. Wallet top-ups and usage credits do not count.

When do I get paid?

Each commission waits 30 days, so refunds can be handled. Then it moves to your available balance, and you can request a bank transfer once you reach 500 EGP.

Is there a limit to how many businesses I can refer?

No. The more businesses you bring, the more you earn.

What if they forget to use my link?

We can only credit sign-ups that come through your link. Ask them to use it before they create their account.

They signed up but have not paid yet. Does it still count?

Yes, as long as they start a paid subscription within 1 month of signing up.

Do I need to be a Raqmee customer?
