Who can apply?

Agencies, freelancers and consultants who offer store setup, design, development, marketing, customer support or consulting.

How long does approval take?

Our partner team reviews every request and replies by email. If we cannot approve you this time, you can apply again later.

What is deal registration?

Before you pitch a business, register it in your portal. Once approved, that business is protected for you for 60 days. It must be a business that is not already a Raqmee customer.

Can I see my clients' stores?

Yes. Solution Partners can manage the stores of the clients they work with from the partner portal.

What counts toward my commission?

Subscription plans and extra team seats. Wallet top-ups and usage credits do not count.

When do I get paid?

Each commission waits 30 days, so refunds can be handled. Then you can request a bank transfer once your balance reaches 500 EGP.
