Refund Policy

  • Subscription refund requests may be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the applicable payment date. Any refund approved by Raqmee shall be calculated after deduction of the value of any actual usage of the services, including, without limitation, AI replies used and any other services, features, or benefits consumed by the customer.
  • Wallet top-ups shall be eligible for refund only with respect to the unused remaining balance and only if the refund request is submitted within one (1) year from the date of purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, any amount that has been used, redeemed, spent, allocated, or otherwise applied toward any service or purchase shall be non-refundable.
  • Refund requests must be submitted through the Contact Us form made available on the platform. All refund requests are subject to Raqmee's review, verification, and approval in its sole discretion, in accordance with the applicable contractual terms, payment method, transaction status, and any relevant operational or legal requirements.
  • Payments processed through third-party payment service providers, including but not limited to Paymob or Shopify-related payment flows, may be subject to such provider's applicable terms, processing rules, limitations, timelines, and original payment method requirements, and Raqmee shall not be responsible for delays, restrictions, or limitations arising from such third-party provider procedures.
